Klahaya is a wonderful neighborhood pool. It also serves as a venue for Cascade Swim Club. The setting is lovely, among the trees on the edge of Edmonds and Woodway. The cost is a bit steep to join and the waiting list is long. We need more pools of this caliber in north Seattle.

Most people join this club for the pool (as we did) and make no mistake, the swim team is extraordinary, but don’t miss out on the tennis program. I don’t think there’s a club or program in the Seattle area that creates a love for tennis in very young players like Klahaya. Maybe the best thing about moving from Seattle to Edmonds for us is this club and the tennis program.
